Angella Thurmon Seaton

 Dyersburg -- 75yrs, retired teacher's assistant for Dyersburg City Schools, died Tuesday, Oct 19 2004 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Dyersburg Funeral Home with burial in Dyer County Memorial Gardens. She was a member of Parr Avenue Church of Christ and Al-Anon. Mrs. Seaton, the wife of Carl Seaton, also leaves two daughters, Karla Chitwood and husband John and Melody Clutts and husband Tommy; and two sons, Terry Seaton and wife Deborah and Ben Seaton, all of Dyersburg; three sisters, Ruth Hailey of Newbern, Rejina Marshall of Dyersburg and Jewell Pigg of Annondale, Va.; four brothers, Roy Thurman and Parks Thurmon, both of Dyersburg, and Hurtle Thurmon and Earl Thurmon, both of Obion, nine grandchildren, Joey Clutts, Angela Lee, Amy and Anna Kate Chitwood, Kyle, Victoria, Melissa and Tyler Seaton and Melissa Turnbo; a great-grandchild, Lauren Lee. She was preceded by a son, Victor Lee Seaton; her parents, James Eugene and Ira B Thurmon; a sister, Wilma Whybrew; two brothers, Melvin and J E Thurmon. Victor "Vic" Seaton, 48, of Finley, died Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2002 at Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare-Jackson Hospital.
He was an employee of the street department for the City of Dyersburg and a member of Northside Church of Christ.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Northside Church of Christ with Tim Henderson and Scott Owen officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. today at J.W. Curry & Son Funeral Home
